EverBless Foundation awarded 132 college, community college, seminary and trade school scholarships today, during the 2025 EverBless Scholarship Recipients’ Ceremony and Reception. Recipients held a minimum 3.0 grade point average, and their church was a member of the Baptist General Association of Virginia or held an account with the foundation.
Dr. Ken Pruitt, president of The John Leland Center for Theological Studies, presented the keynote address. His charge to students, “Three Essential Steps Forward in Your Faith,” was based on the Scripture of 2 Timothy 1:5-9.
The EverBless scholarship committee selected recipients by utilizing a comprehensive evaluation process that fairly assessed each applicant’s academic achievement, dedication to Christian service, personal aspirations and demonstration of financial need.
Over the past five years, EverBless has awarded more than $1.5 million in scholarships to 78% of applicants, thanks to the generous vision and commitment of many donors. As tuition support has become a reality for 628 deserving students, it has demonstrated a shared mission to help equip the next generation of Christian leaders for careers and service.
