Where Hope Renews
This last-chance community rebuilds lives as it revives hope.
In 1890, Baptists founded a state orphanage atop a scenic hill in Salem, Virginia. Though the orphanage no longer exists, the site is home to another caring community: HopeTree Family Services.
Today, this vibrant campus is where hope renews, one person at a time, one day at a time. It is a respite for children in therapeutic foster care. A safe, secure haven for adolescents at risk. A home for adults with developmental disabilities. And an innovative academy for students. It’s a campus of caring hearts, wise counsel and self-discovery.
HopeTree also is a community of good times, enduring memories and forever friends.
